Steve Buenger is a Ventura County native and has been active in business in the area since 1981. Steve has acquired a unique sensitivity and understanding of the core values needed for business success in the Southern California area.
Prior to Buenger Commercial, Steve had spent more than 25 years in the direct ownership and management of several businesses, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality, and commercial property development. After recognizing a void in the market that could be better served by a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage that is Client-Centric, as opposed to Broker-Centric, he formed Buenger Commercial Real Estate Inc, in March of 2003.
While not working with the commercial real estate team and with clients, Steve spends the majority of his free time with his wife and family, in addition to giving back to the community through various Non-Profit boards he sits on.
