Over the past three years with Buenger Commercial Real Estate (BCRE), Nissa has focused on commercial investment sales and leasing across a range of asset classes, including multi-family, industrial, office, and retail properties throughout Ventura County and surrounding markets. She represents both buyers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants, guiding clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies with a thoughtful, results-driven approach.
Known for her strong communication skills, market insight, and commitment to integrity, Nissa works diligently to help clients identify opportunities, maximize property value, and navigate the often complex commercial real estate process. Prior to her career in real estate, Nissa spent more than 15 years in media sales and marketing, working with a local ABC affiliate and a regional alternative newsweekly. This experience provides her with a unique advantage in positioning and marketing commercial properties to the right audience through strategic exposure and targeted outreach.
Nissa also previously owned and operated a business in Montecito, where she gained firsthand experience in entrepreneurship and business operations. Combined with her extensive local network and deep understanding of Ventura County’s evolving market dynamics, she brings valuable perspective and insight to every transaction.
